And pro Kilik advice vs fast spammy characters?
I main him, and i wont even try another char online...am pretty good and win about half the time, but there are some Characaters like Grøh sometimes Garret that i just cannot keep up with they just spin around high and low and their recovery time is nearly impossible to punish even if you block a full combo,
so far i found tryign to stay away and poke at them works best, but its not enough....i feel like its just an unfair match up sometimes. any suggestions? (other than git good)

TL;DR Kilik is as fast as a standard character and his the same speed as their standard pokes would be outside of B.

2A and AA are your fastest pokes. 3K is note worthy for being med.

While crouching your only pokes are 2A for fastest and WR B for being mid and unjumpable.

well there are some chars i find are too fast, that don't even let you up . like...you cannot even roll, Valdo and so on.....the fastest get up move I can do is K does like a 3 hit kick real fast. it normally works IF you get a chance to get up

You're talking about on ground pressure which is actually more complex.

A situation that's probably the standard rush down character's ground game is this. I knock you down next to me and if I do my move that hits you while grounded, you are forced to take the hit or block my attack.

Certain attacks lets you ukemi after so you can block but probably not the attacks you are complaining about.

In the situations where you're close up and can't ukemi, you just have to predict what your opponent will do and either stay on the ground, block low or block mid accordingly.

Also that's not a matter of your character being slow, the fastest character in the game wouldn't beat out these situations.

I should probably also say, these situations are effected by speed. Nightmare's fastest attack is attack is i14 which is fast but slow for a fastest attack. He also his a move that leads into this situation.
