Legendary arcade end fight is boring

You basically fight inferno. and you would think he is difficult until you realize all you need to do is reversal edge him 3 times and he is dead you get 3 perfects in a row.

I hate these kinds of fights. impossible to win unless you use a specific mechanic that we implemented to get you through...

this is boring. he is near impossible to defeat using normal moves because 1 whiff or 1 move he blocks and you can kiss 90% of your HP bar away thanks to endless unblockables.

yes i spent 10 minutes at his fight but for no good reason. once i figured out this idiot cant deal with reversal edge too well, and for some reason it seemed to do too much damage so it feels planned that you need to spam RE on him, he didnt last 2 minutes and got 3 perfects on him...

I love the game. but i hate it when japanese devs do this (yes very specifically japanese devs)

ill deal with spam. and im not talking about online. im talking very specfically about the end legenrady fight.

telling me to deal with it is dumb btw. as i already dealt with whatever im talking about. its just that the forced way I had to deal with it is disappointing.

Oh! Well i thought it was boring for another reason lol
It took me 30 minutes to get to him, but I was enjoying the challenge and learning new stuff. Once I got to Inferno he was just destroying me! I was able to win a few rounds and even got a ring out, but it was only because he allowed it.

I didn't want to quit because it took me so long to get to him and I said I might at least get a few SP coins. But after 20 minutes I quit and went to vent on Twitter XD

I didn't think to spam RE, heck most of the time I didn't get to do anything or know even know what I am looking at!

So yeah F this guy!

What character did you use and what move did you do in RE?

Hmm… his unlockables for me looks like they have almost no damage, IMHO, unlike other stuff he has. The only move that looks too much even for a boss character, IMHO, is his 6A+B, B, because of insane damage, even if it looks reactable. Sometimes I fight against him in Duels on Legendary difficulty as a warm-up before online.

i was using nightmare. really any character with good ring out potential just to save time. since im not gonna bother with button reading CPUs. i still havent hit the training ground yet, so im using what i know from SC5 in SC6.

as for the RE, nothing fancy, your standard K A B. he seems to take extra damage from it everything reversal edge.

and since you are using RE it builds critical edge too fast and so use that.

but yeah as soon as i discovered this "weakness" if you will i breezed through the fight with 3 perfects.

Idk if I'll try again or jsut wait until I unlcok Inferno and give him a taste of his own medicine.

I was using Seong Mi-na, and she has good ringout potential, but dang this guy just doesn't take a break lol If the stage wasn't so small at first I might have had a better chance.

I did it with Taki and took me a lot of tries. I tries to use RE but didnt work out for me honestly he always beated me. I just...punched him lol. Idk is not a great fight would have preferred him to took less dmg than dealing that much. Funny thing I got a perfect in the last round.

i just finished it gold. beat him in 2 tries with knightmare with reversals. dont use B he always beats you. try to alternate between K and A. they seem to always land.
