Where is the blade of torment? How can I get it?

Does any one know how to get this sword? I have farming with nightmare style swords for a long time but I just can't get it. Is this a mission sword? Which mission will have this sword as the reword in lebra of soul?

if it is not in the character creation, it is not in the game.
You cannot earn equipment like in previous games, you gotta pay real money baby.

Unless you find that weak excuse of "SP" equipment unlocking, then there is a kind of unlocking, but nothing new.

I get it once in the libra of souls mod, but I delete it because it's values was kinda bad. I just want to get it back for my newly created character-----Vampire hunter D. But I just can't remember how I got it...., it is kinda sad....:/

And it is in character creation, you can see it in nightmare style's weapon list.
