Has anyone beaten legendary Arcade?

I'm genuinly curious to how you go about beating the AI on legendary difficulty, I was expecting it to be difficult without a doubt, but the difficulty spike from Very Hard to Legendary is absolutally insane, the only times I found I was able to actually land a hit on the AI is when it was a counter hit in my favour, or when they somehow managed to whiff an attack which also seems to be rare, I don't even think I could land a single grapple out of the many I tried.

Has anyone found any cheese strats to beat them? or is anyone just that good at the game that they know all the ins and out of each characters move sets so they can find the exact time to attack through an enemy attack string that has a moment of vulnerability?

I have once with cervantes. SPammed the ♥♥♥♥ out of 4B+K whenever I had a hunched theyed charged at me. Also he has alot of tools the A.I doesn't know how to deal with when soul charged.

Select Inferno, then use 6A+B.
When the AI attack, use A+B.
