Nude mod is out now.

For those who don't know but are interested, there is a working nude mod for this game available on Undertow, just google search and you'll find it. It's really easy to install, replaces the "loincloth" underarmor, and won't get you banned (it's client-side only so only you can see it).

It's kind of hard to play with d-pad and L1/L2 only, unless you're a Nightmare player, in which case setting L1 to A+B and L2 to G is enough so you're unaffected.
