And if you honestly defend these two cheap ass heroes, then you must be biased towards them. I personally love playing Nightmare, but god is he broken.

This was worse in Soul Blade, where Siegfried could almost 2 shot you. :P

Here is a tip, learn to use Taki.. she kicks azz. :P Ivy was kinda hard on my fingers back then.
Don't forget how extremely weak they are to being GI'd too lol.
They're not fast, they're slow. Slow characters deal more damage to compensate.
And the bubble isn't "spammable". It's a counter/parry move. It only activates when you try to interrupt one of three attacks, so if you get hit by it, it's because you're either bad at reading Nightmare's moves, or you're button mashing. The latter is by far the most likely culprit.
