Better save yourself before it's too late.
I say this as someone who plays Ivy.
She is weaker up close than far away, if you want my opinion.. You should literally be hugging her.. If you get knocked back, you're going to be taking fat damage.
But! She has big weaknesses too.. If she misses, she is stuck there for a long time; so you need to capitalize on it. Particularly on her ranged attacks.
It's true that you need to fight her up close, but it doesn't mean she is dead once you close in.
Fighting her is very annoying and just feels like winning or losing depends on them and not you or both.
I am not good enough a player to be abel to tell which char is OP or not but she is certainly disgusting to play against
