No unlockable customization options

Have heard both that you CAN unlock extra parts by playing libra of soul, and that this is not the case.
Which is true?
because I keep running into NPCs in libra of soul with unique customization options (including a lizardman with chest armor, which lizardman custom characters normally cant have)
are those literally just future DLC character parts already IN the game?

You can unlock items by using sp exchanged for gold in libra of souls. However I also don't have any chest customizations for lizardman. Maybe this is a bug.

there are some things you can unlock....like 5?
but Libra of souls isn't neccesary to get them
you just need Soul points....like 5000?
but what you see in character creation is what is in character creation

unless you want Tira parts which requires you to buyTira to even see
I assume they'll do this for the other DLCs as well which is....not good

What others here say is true. You buy the locked items in creation with SP which you can earn from the following for varying amounts: arcade, ranked online, completing story modes, exchanging gold for SP in Libra.

As for the npcs with unique customizations, i can only assume that those will be DLC. I've fought a few things not possible within the creation mode as well (looking at you malefects with hair...) Ideally they'll add more options to the races in a free update, but I'm not too optimistic about it judging by what we already got.
