How to disable background blur?

Sorry but i dont see a way to search for threads in the steam phone app..i kow this thread exists...i think some config file needs to be edited...also does this affect performance? As in is the blur there to somehow make performance better or is it just a lame effect? Thanks

I don't own the game so I can't help you there, but the blur you're talking about is generally called "Depth of Field".

Search Google for "avoidingthepuddle soul calibur depth of field" - and no, the blur effect is a post process, meaning it will actually subtract from performance.
