Where are Save Files and Ranked Files located

So there has been some issues with people losing their save files and even ranks being resetted (Who though saving online ranks locally was a good idea?)

Would be nice to know so I can do backups. pcgamingwiki doesn't have the locations listed for windows yet.

Your rank is saved on the servers. Rank points are separate for each character though, so thats probably why some people are thinking they reset.
