Why do people actually request Lizardman (Aeon) to be in this game?

I truly don't see the appeal of this character. I understand that more unique styles, any unique styles, are welcome, but as a character, Lizardman could not be any more lame. It's literally just a humanoid lizard man, with no personality or anything else except fancier armor and a unique fighting style distinguishing him from the create-a-soul Lizardmen characters. When there are awesome characters like Setsuka and Hilde who can be (and SHOULD be) DLC, why put Lizardman in there with them? Waste of a slot.

PS. I am semi-convinced that this whole thing is just a stupid meme, but still, I welcome serious arguments from legit Aeon fans.

I truly don't see the appeal of this character. I understand that more unique styles, any unique styles, are welcome, but as a character, Setsuka could not be any more lame. It's literally just a woman with an umbrella, with no personality or anything else except a fancy outfit and a unique fighting style distinguishing her from the create-a-soul characters. When there are awesome characters like Lizardman or Aeon who can be (and SHOULD be) DLC, why put Setsuka in there with them? Waste of a slot.

If you love dinosaurs, go play Jurassic Park or something. This is a fighting game, not a dinosaur simulator. Aeon is the lamest possible pick for a slot in this game. Also, they already appeased these dinasaur freaks by putting lizardman in as a CaS race. That's more than enough.

Except it does, if you want it to, just as much as yours does. The character has a history, whether you like it or not. We can already create Lizardmen creations so it's obvious that it's the character or moveset people want. As with Setsuka or Hilde, it's probably more the moveset than their characters. Whether the sword and shield, axe and shield, or the double axes, people want that moveset, not Sophitia. And they want it more than they want Setsuka/Patroklos and Hilde, apparently. That's all it really is.

Fixed. The character has history? Lel. The character of Aeon literally has nothing distinguishing him from other rank and file lizardmen. You are proposing that a character be put in the game when that character not only sucks from a design and personality standpoint, but also from a standpoint that if he were to be DLC, that would just be a CaS Lizardman with different armor and a unique style. And you have the audacity to tell me that Setsuka, Hilde, Yun-Seong or any other character that people have been asking for has nothing to offer except their style? Your hypocrisy is super amusing. Doesn't matter to me I just like weird fighting styles thats why I normally play Voldo or Yoshi.

Any new fighting style is a win to me as long as it's not a copy of what we already have. I would even take all the generic fighting styles from SC3 if it ment having more styles to fight with.
