Doesn't matter what they lock behind paywalls really. Someone will suffer anyway, and having the attitude that "as long as I'm not suffering the system is working" is pretty ugly.

Either they sell the game and that is that. Or they can DLC anything. Stages, Game modes, Cosmetics, Characters, Bosses, Endings.

I well say this soulcalibur five was sure bad there had to beg bandai namco to make soulcalibur six so if it goes the same way as soulcalibur five soulcalibur six well be the least game i am hoping for it to be a good game
