Just ran into him as well. At first thought it was maybe a custom Nightmare skin that was an unlockable that I wasn't aware of. Needs fixed ASAP before ♥♥♥♥ starts spreading around.

Stuff like this is why developers didn't want to put fighting games on PC for such a long time. C'mon guys, we finally got Namco to put Soulcalibur on PC and we're ruining it with this stupid ♥♥♥♥.
