Yes some games are banned for one reason or another and Steam/PS4 will not even show them on the Saudi store. What OP is asking why 2 games from Bandai Namco have been available for pre-order then after few days of releasing them they got removed abruptly.
You either have the game on the store or not. Letting people pre-order then removing the game abruptly is what in question here.
On a side note, incase of Dragonball FighterZ the removal of this game from PS4 is absurd, not only the game is available for purchase on steam, Dragonball Xenoverse 1&2 (which have the same world and characters as FighterZ) are not banned or removed from PS4 store

I don't about anyone else but I was clearly making a joke. I know not everyone is a bad person and that good people come from all countries in the world. Stop living life so seriously...
