Regarding Character Creation.

Do I get new equipment for Lizardman through Libra of Souls or I'm ♥♥♥♥ out of luck and force to keep my character half naked when I want him to have fancy attire and stuff ?
Because from what I've gathered, anyone BUT Lizardman race are allowed to use stuff like vests, shirts, etc.
Can't even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ wear pants, geez.

You can re-enter character creation after making your character. Then you can edit your character armor. For some odd reason you can't edit the armor initially.

I know this but be it in Libra of Souls or the straight up create a custom character, everyone are allowed to use armors, vests, etc. Except for Lizardman. If I want Raphael's vest, I can't put it, if I want Maxi's outfit, can't put it, I have access to like half of Nightmare's oufit, etc. And that's fairly disappointing right now.

I'm not sure since I haven't pick the Lizardman race yet, but I assume it similar to SC5 where the outfits is extremely limited for the lizardman race. I guess it still apply in SC6

Well, ♥♥♥♥ me I guess for wanting to have a fancy looking Lizardman. Everyone can create and dress up their winged waifu/husbandos with any outfit they want but me and my tail are only allowed to get half naked.

Libra of Souls or whatever gives you starter gear, you can't change it. Any character can wear any piece (male or female), as far as i can tell? Maybe, you know, test it first by trying Create-A-Soul, instead of jumping directly to forums ^ ^

Nah, tested it, Lizardman race literally have like only 12 items.

Except I'm not an idiot and did my research in and outside of the game to see if I had a problem unique to me or if it was an actual intended decision. And it is, Lizardman race isn't allowed to use most, if not, 80% of the equipments in the game (pants, vests, to cite a few), be it basic boring equipment to the cast's outfits. Not only that, I've seen people report from different places that females have slightly less options than males due to some design from the main cast.
Maybe, you know, do your research before condescendingly commenting in the forums.

Unfortunately CaS lizzies are pretty scant in their apprarel. Not even Middle and Outer Chest armor is permitted. They don't even get pants, which is stupid. Forunately, you got it on PC, which means this might eventually be rectified by means of mods.

Lizardman will probably bring some CAS gear in his unannounced but likely DLC
