That program allows you to disable the LED on the controller which will save a lot of battery life anyway. It also shows you the input lag. Wired is always 4ms, so a polling rate of 250. You'd think it'd be 1000 for 1ms but it's not... so you can actually get lower input lag wirelessly if you're not far from your bluetooth receiver. I get around 1.6ms.
Odd, I have no issues with the standard XB1 controller or the XB1 Hori Fighting Commander.

select your type of controller, never again have issues because of that
