Uhm, well sounds like it's the same voice actress to me as for past appearances of Cassandra in the serie, obviously the audio encoding changed a lot in years, but sounds about the same in english to be honest

Yeah, I don't like railing on voice actors, but she sounds off. like she's not into it 100% She comes off as more condescending that her peppy appearance would suggest.
