Account and Purchases made are missing?
I recently started playing again, after a 6-year break. I downloaded the game and when I tried logging in, it said that my account doesn't exist. I registered again with the same information, only to discover that my 4$, 400 Catan Gold purchase in 2018 (that I used to buy the full version of the game) is gone.
Couldn't find anyone else that has encountered this in the forum.
Any solutions?

Edit: I found another post from a few years back (under the title: "Purchase The Game again to play") suggesting the same problem, and the developer responded and suggested to contact the support team, and so I did. Waiting for their response.

I have the exact same issue. I tried contacting the support team but I'm getting no response. The only thing I got in an automated response in German. This game is such a disappointment

That's so unfortunate. I am currently waiting for their response as well. I will update as it develops

The problem still persists, I was not contacted by the developers, this is outrageous because it has been more than 2 weeks since i've sent the mail.
same issue, just bought all expansions, now all gone, lost 1 lvl and cant connect, cant enter in game with bots aswell.

There is hope, I just received an email from the devs and was granted 500 coins in game, in accordance to my previous purchase. It took 3 weeks for them to respond, and unfortunately in the meantime I already bought the game again, so i guess i have extra 500 coins.
Me too my previous purchase is gone
