Maybe this will help :). If you encounter an error in single player - that it is constantly looking for a new game - you should log out of the catan game, try to run the game as an unregistered player (several attempts may be needed), when you play the game - log in with your login. I hope it helped :). Regards.

this also happens to me whenever i try to play with a friend... or when a friend tries to play with me.... FRUSTRATING. almost 2 months like this.

I am also unable to play multiplayer matches. No matter what we do, it always shows the other player is "in another match." Please fix this!

This is happening to my friends and I as well. We tried all the silly fixes we have found online with no luck
