Account doesn't exist
After a long break, I decided to start playing Catan again and when I try to log in, it says "account does not exist".
I tried my email and my username. No luck.
I tried forgot password, and strangely, it sends the activation code to my email, which means the game recognizes my email, but after I enter my new password and try to change, again it says "account does not exist".
Does that mean my gold and expansion packs are gone now?

I got the same problem.... Does it mean my account got deactivated because of long break?? Is there any customer care for this?

I too, have the exact same issue. Got a support ticket last week...no response yet.

They responded July 1st asking for email and player name. I responded on July 3rd with the only 2 emails it could be and 2 player names I use. I did have my password but I should have written down the email and player name when i registered, Hadn't planned on an account deletion. Anyway, It is now the 9th and still waiting to hear back.

23rd still no response. I guess Jennifer, the customer service person who responded the first time, is far too busy to do...customer service. Time to leave a review I guess...truly disappointing.

Same here. I had my account in 2021. I even created a new account with the same username as my old one. I sent them a screenshot of my Apple purchases from when I originally bought the expansions on my phone

Does anybody know if there is a way to issue a complaint to Steam and get our money back? The purchases were ingame though.

My account was left without any expansions I BOUGHT. I even sent an email to them but never fixed it.
