Stadt bauen ohne Straße?

Hallo,
eine frage, wie ist es möglich eine Stadt zu bauen ohne Anbindung an eine Straße? Gerade bei mir im Spiel gewesen. Mitspieler wertet Siedlung zur Stadt auf und baut die Stadt an einer Stelle, die keine Anbindung hat. Das kann doch nur ein Fehler sein.

Die blaue Stadt zwischen 9 und 6er Erzfeld.

I'm sure at one point there was a road attached to that settlement but it probably got removed with the 'DIPLOMAT' card.... Pls RTFM!! (read the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ manual)

nope there was never a road, the whole game. there was not even a settlement.

Blau hat sicher in der Gründungsphase ein Schiff an die Stadt gebaut. Das hat er dann an die andere Siedlung versetzt...

Da wo die Stadt steht, war aber nie eine Siedlung vorher und auch an der Küste entlang keine Straße/Schiffe bei dem 6 und 9er Feld. Deswegen kommt mir das alles sehr mysteriös vor.
