No experience points

I am not getting any experience points for single player games since the latest update.

Have you both tried to relog? Click on your avatar, choose the option log out, then log back in again?

Thank you for the response, but, no, that did not work. I logged all the way out of the game and Steam and logged back in. I'm still not getting any experience points for my matches. I play single player and have not tried playing against other players to see if that would work.

Yah! My goodness. This is a pretty annoying glitch! I've played 4 games after 3 different restart combinations (computer, steam, Catan) and every time I finish a game, my ranking is the same: a yellow dot and a green dash! Wow, neat! What new mysteries await with a yellow dot, green dash ranking? I took a screen shot if anyone's interested. Please fix this bug soon. And I believe I am owed about 200 XP.

I have tried logging out of Catan, as you suggested. Then logging out of Steam, shutting down my computer and going back in from scratch. It still won't give me any experience points for my games, win or lose. It's like kristen said, there is only get a gold dot and a green dash where the experience points should be. Please help. Thank you.

Logged out, reinstalled, logged back in - and it didn't help at all.

This specific issue is now resolved for me but I have noticed that my statistics i.e. SP games won is now no longer incrementing. Is this a related issue?

Same issue. Logging in and out did not work. I picked a bad day to play five games and not earn any XP.

No Experience points are really annoying. I'm so close to my next level, it is highly irritating!
