Angle view
How do I switch from the angle view to the view from the top?

While on the angle view I can't click to build settlements or cities, so I really need the top view. Help!!!

I know this is old, but I finally figured it out on mac! If you have "secondary click" configured with "click or tap with two fingers", you can click-press 2 fingers and then when you move those two fingers, it will change the angle.
