i have contacted support as suggested.
Nothing changed until now.

I payed for Xp Booster, and had the following experience:
Not only did NO points double when 1st or 2nd in game, but i experienced even double points loss: -15 points, in a game, Seafearers.

For 1st place with Xp booster 5,6,7 points, exactly like normal win.
But for game loss I received from 1093 points - 1078 points = -15 points !!!! (4 player game)

Dear Catan, please resolve this problem seriously, otherwise this looks like a BIG SCAM.
You take money from people and you do not deliver the promised goods.

Also it would be fair for you to create an offical menu page, where you can see a clear table with WIN/LOSE points, when 1st, when 2nd or when any position you finish the game on.

This should be clear and transparent. And the XP BOOSter bonus points too.

Depending on your opponents ELO it is possible to loose 15 ELO points in a 4 Player game. And please also note that a XP Booster doesn´t boost your ELO (gain) if winning a game. It only doubles your gained experience. ELO isn´t influenced by any item you can aquire in the game.

I think you are mixing ELO with XP. XP is experience, a completely useless element of the game. ELO is a measurement of skill and there should be no ELO booster implemented in the game.

Please stop conquering every topic with your negative attitude towards the game or elemtes of it which you personally don´t like.
