ELO matching

Right, i am a grandmaster player and i have lost a whopping 100! ELO over the last few days, because i get matched with people much lower ranking than myself. As we all know, Catan has a fair bit of luck involved, because thats how dice games work and i dont mind losing games. However, getting matched with silver/gold/platinum players, mean i HAVE to win every single game - If i lose, i lose a bundle of ELO, even when i come in 2nd and when i win, i dont make enough to make it break even. What is the meaning of this? I'd rather wait for 15 minutes on a game, to get matched with others of my own skill level. This seems not only valid and fair, but how EVERY OTHER FCKING GAME WORKS. You have finally, somewhat, started to get your instability under control, but this... this is just painfully stupid. Please fix this bullcrap and make Catan Universe a better game or i'd advocate that everyone just moves on to Colonists and play there instead.

I can decide to only play with people of similar Karma, but why not ELO? How is this not a thing already? It should be simple as hell to implement
