Can we get tiles shuffled?

Why do the tiles not shuffle? It's always the same layout. Each game should shuffle the tiles.

This is a setting that you turn on when setting up the game called "Random Map". Unfortunately, it ALSO randomly distributes the value chips, which is wrong.

I did notice that setting, but it is grayed out, I guess it's only available once you purchase the game, however does it let you random the map in online play?

If I purchase the game under my account/login and play online with my family and/or random people, will it let me use Ramdom Map?

So the game do not even follow the rules then? Thats messed up
