Can't start a Multiplayer Game via Steam

Hello,

i can't start a multiplayer game via Steam.
I am able to start the games with the Catan Universe App on my Android Phone, but if i log in via Steam, there is no Profile Picture and if i start a multiplayer game, no players were found...

Any hints?
I already reinstalled the game and checked the installation for errors.

Please try to delete possible (corrupted) local data:

Search for %appdata% in the winodws start menu
Open the folder in the explorer
change from Roaming to the directory AppData
Choose the folder LocalLow there
Delete the fodler United Soft Media Verlag GmbH
(don´t worry the folder will be there gain once you started up Catan Universe again)

When starting up catan Universe again you should now be able to log in to the game as usual.

Good day! Please help me. I played the game for about 100 hours in steams. A server error "Can not reach server" arose. I deleted the folder "United Soft Media Verlag GmbH" and the problem disappeared. But now it does not help and I can not enter my login.
