Q: How To Play Multiplayer Online With One Friend and Strangers?

As far as I know, for the custom matches, all players have to be invited.

I'm guessing that it's set up this way to avoid setting up 2v1 auto-beatdowns (not that I'm accusing you of that haha), because my friend and I had a grand old time on playcatan.com doing just that. As in we'd rob only the poor unfortunate who matched with us, blocked all of their expansion, etc. It was great, and also mean. Haha.

ya my sister and i were trying to get back into Catan, just feel having our 3rd/4th player as AI boring. I like playing only with real ppl.
