I enjoy these scenarios, but they are not for newer players.
These are combinations of Cities and Knights and Seafarers scenarios. I would recommend getting proficient in both of them before purchasing these special scenarios - they are pretty advanced. The fastest way to learn would be to play 5-10 games or so of Treasure Islands in Seafarers - you get a feel for working with ships instead of roads, and calculated risk - plus 5-10 games of Cities and Knights in either The First Island, Oceania, or Treasure Islands.
Practicing against the bots is good for getting quicker, and especially for practicing settlement placement. This is one of the hardest things to grasp in C&K, and if you screw up against the bots, no biggie. Start over. That feature I really enjoy and found quite helpful.

In Enchanted Land if your knight on the dragon island is on the edge and surrounded by opposing settlements you cannot move. You cannot even move back to your island. I assume this is a bug.
I am also currently stuck in the Searching for shores Scenerio. A I player says waiting for player actions. Assuming that the two are linked.
