It's SUPPOSED to have been fixed about a month ago:

Clearly that fix hasn't worked, reporting it to their support team is probably the best bet. Good luck getting it actually fixed, though. Doesn't seem like the devs are doing the best job of solving problems here.

That's another topic about this same issue. Initial post was before the patch, but it's been bumped by someone who had the same issue after it, just like you.
is their support team active??
It wouldn't be that hard to create a script which constantly checks the server status. Maybe even check new posts in the forums and match some keywords and notify the support to check if something is wrong or not...
Nah, these guys are basic. Once you have paid for the product, you do not matter to them anymore. Nothing to get out of you anymore.
As you can see from the latest hotpatch today we found ad resolved an issues connected to what you are describing. let us know if the latest hotfix didn´t work for you.
At least this often (but not always) solves this issue in my experience.

The server issues have been resolved by now. We will let you know shortly how we will going to make it up to our users which couldn´t play the seafarer weekend to its fullest.
Also saw one event when wedding card was played by human A. Human B believed they had selected 2 cards, but human A didn't get them and was still waiting. When B relogged they were asked to select the cards again and game continued.
Please add a "refresh state from server" button in game!
I have to agree that a forced reset button would be a good idea. Maybe even add a timer notifier or something which would tell the server that something is wrong with the timer. As the game is still clearly in development, the developers could use this as an automated bug report thing - so they can see in which states the game crashes.
