game crashing

game kept crashing (probly cause was having driver issues but i fixed) but now it wont start just opens and stays black with only game currser, have re-installed 3 times.

Run the game. Click on "Play Game" whilst the same time holding down the “ALT” key. You should have access to a menu with some graphic options. Please check if the screen resolution is the correct one and tick the Windowed option.

didnt help... =(..... where the game saves/ catche so i can delete them probly got currupted when origonally crashing, cause i could atleast get into the game before.
