can someone please explain to me how to board the station without it exploding

I just did a search on the Deadlock server. Steve French, it was pointed out to you that using cheat engine to make ships invulnerable will break the script for that mission, and you made no further replies other than "Thank you both". If you were still having issues after a clean attempt at the mission, you never spoke up.

I've helped out a couple people to solve this before. Most of the time it comes down to moving into the target area incorrectly. You do not need to restart the campaign unless something has gone very, very wrong.

Ensure that the transport is entering the objective marker facing directly towards the hole in the station. Also ensure that the transport is as level as possible with the base circle of the objective marker. It's notoriously fiddly, but it's doable consistently once you know what to look out for.

If you still struggle with it after that, post on the Deadlock Discord and drop your save file there. I can take a look at the save and see what might be wrong.

Sure enough. That is the fix. It's our own fault!
Turn off unlimited armor and play the mission again.
