Auto-Resolve?

Quick question: Isnt't Auto-resolve supposed to bring officer-exp? I seem to get non at all. Not a single officer got promoted yet, after about 30 battles. Did they change anything or am I doing something wrong?

you have to go into officers and request promotion, then select what you want.

officers, click officer XYZ, promote

Verios44 is correct. Your officers are getting the experience, but you have to go manually promote them. The reason is for each promotion you have to pick a new ability for the officers each time promoted from one of three skill chains, depending on what abilities are available.

Also, in the status readout below on the UI, a message appears whenever an officer has enough points to be promoted. The visibility of the promotion-avaialble notification depends on the screen resolution and GUI-size,

It will also say on the Intel screen, or at least list one officer if you have multiple that are ready for promotion
