What ships are armour piercing missiles best used against?

Priority targets with craptons of armour. Arachnes for me, mainly, although they would be good at stripping the armour of Cerberuses and Basestars when they start showing up.

An armour piercer travels at 650 m/s, a guided missile travels at 500 m/s, and torps are 1000m/s. So you can fire them the same time as guided missiles and they'll hit first.
