Or scenarios were you play as the Cylons, as there is no Cylon campaign.
Or combine both in a three-way battle were you fight both the Colonials and a Cylon splinter faction. To complicate things even further your Cylons have made an alliance with the SDU so you also control human ships (or maybe it's a co-op and they're controlled by your friend). That might also explain why the other Cylons broke-off: they objected because they wanted to continue shooting at ALL humans.
The Cylons actually surprising you or retreating when it makes sense for them is something which should happen a lot more if you ask me.
