Why caping 7 ships in a fleet max ? i was expecting a real Fleet battle lol not two patrol colums

.... yea and the officers...they limit your fleet quite a lot

Yeah it's a shame the battles are small scale, would like to have seen multiple Jupiters take on 6 or so basestars and 100's of vipers/raiders...

problem is with the UI I dont think I could manage a battle that large. screen is full of stuff as is where it is hard to see everything.

Yes this is something which i find frustrating, also the inability to set opposing fleets in skirmish. I also find that the weapons loadouts.. too limited.

Yeah the UI would need to have been better, atm its all in your face and takes up too much space on the screen. Needs a better system for displaying information :)

Would several trillion ships in the battle at once be better?
Someone would complain that it is not enough, that we need MOAR you know that :)
more is not always good... for this game it´s okay as it is... if they took a much different approach, it would be different :D

I was afraid it might be unmanageable in large numbers, but I think more than 7 would have worked. I'm also slightly dismayed they don't tell you that until you're already at 7 ships.

I want 100000000 billion trillion battlestars and Cylon Base Stations. In every game.
Of course, that'd mean they'd be reduced to the size of Pixels with no zoom-in capability.

It'd look indistinguishable from looking at the beach, for all the individual grains of sand.

Then someone comes along and says 10000000000000000 billion trillion battlestars and
Cylon Base Stations is not enough. Need MOAR :)

Given how tedious managing *7* ships is, I have no interest in managing 30. Not unless they patch in the ability to wheel-turn a formation rather than setting the turn up one ship at a time. Really, not unless I can work with group commands in general.

Edit: I don't mean for the devs to interpret my comment as dislike for the game. I do like the game's format. I just wouldn't want to set up 30 ships for 10 seconds of maneuvers however many times.

not to bust anyone , but a simple OPTION in game to let players chose how many in a fleet is a go lol you can have your 7 ship i can have my 30 ships , see no conflict there lol
