Game is for Windows and Mac, but DLC for Windows only?

I'm disappointed and very confused about the DLC being for Windows only. :( What is the reason for this? There doesn't seem to be any reason that the music files could not work for both Windows and Mac - after all, the files are no different (unlike the executable files, which ARE different). As things stand, I've bought something that I now cannot use, as the music DLC was the only reason I bought the game/DLC bundle. (I already own the game, purchased from another gaming service.) Please, make the DLC music files available to Mac users here on Steam, as well.

I'm very sorry that we are currently only offering the music files as Windows version. Please contact Steam support directly in case you would like to cancel the order and wish a refund due to this.

Unfortunately we cannot offer you a MAC compatible version.

It doesn't need a Mac compatible version, because the MP3 files will work on both Windows and Mac OS X. You simply need to make those MP3 files a part of the download package for Mac, as well as Windows.


I appreciate your response and understand that you're saying these files are not available for Mac. But I sincerely hope that you will reconsider this, since it really is not a question of "version."
