Weird Starting bug

So, I just downloaded the game and when I opened it, it shows 2 weird blobs at each bottom corner of the screen floating up and down, all submerged in running blood with a huge black wall in front of it and a door... not sure what this about, we've let it run for a few minutes and nothing has happened, help please, thanks
