Missing Xkeyscore Entries

Hi folks, I'm just creating this thread so I can merge all the others into one.
Basically we were developing a feature and in doing so, it caused a bug in the live version.
We've since fixed the issue, but if you see any missing Xkeyscore items, go ahead and post in this thread!

Missing XkeyScore entities : Operation nitro winter chapter 5

HI,

I just entered the CTO private network, looked the files, and Agent Dylan told me that he added xkeyscore entities to my inventory. I even had a popup with the qebai thing and one other stuff.
But since i switch screen or something and close xkeyscore to finish what i was doing i am now unable to find those entities again, they do not appear in the list and i can't get them again ( i tried inspectiog CTO's doc again etc ).

So i can't run a Xkeyscore to progress through the objective : "acces an internet things device used by the bastek CTO"

Missing XkeyScore entities: Operation Dark Sentinel Chapter 1

For some reason I have not got any entities in my XkeyScore log for opening the deed document within my localhost or from successfully executing an assasin rootkit on the /erp/accounting/finances directory.

Here's what I get when I execute the attack now (the first time there were a whole bunch of names that it claimed to have added to my XkeyScore): https://i.imgur.com/PxkPlo7.png

I see from other threads that you were able to grant the entities manually. If so my username is 'Execro' in game, thanks!

all the mission relevant Xkeyscore files have suddenly vanished.
I started with the suspect names and the german databases, then the relevant firms didnt show up when unlocked and now they are all gone.

Is there anything i can do?

Missing XkeyScore entries: Operation Royal Gate Chapter 3

So, right at the start of the mission, Dylan says he added a few entries, but the list is blank when opened; I also used Fay to get some individuals from the active directory that added properly, but the first time I exited XkeyScore after gaining them, they vanished as well, and going back to the active directory to have Fay add them again doesn't do anything. :-/

Looks like this same problem popped up for several of us at about the same time across multiple missions- I'm betting something happened centrally serverside.

Glad it's not just me, I literally just bought it. I couldn't find the other guy I discovered from the deed, and after that I lost Kruger too so now it's impossible to progress.
