Nitro Winter - Bot Configuration

I'm not to proud to admit that I need a nudge. After using the documents provided for the first mission, I'm unable to configure the bots correctly. There seems to be a lack of information on the 'how'. Maybe I'll check the Academy.
But run, stop, install, exec, status are my only options. And I've tried various combinations of all or different bots run. Turning on or 'run' the bots in a certain order.. I still get a misconfiguration error.
I'm suspicious that is has something to do with running the Exec Deploy, but I'm uncertain how to define the Deploy script.

It's simply frustrating after speeding through everything up until now.

Install and run only those needed, then deploy when all of those are running.

The order in which you install / run each bot is what's important, one of the documents given lists them in order.

I went back and re-read the mission on the HSC system, the Objective tells you exactly what you need.

I was originally looking through the documents on my localhost and routinely installing them one by one and running exec deploy and getting the config error, but had missed the mission critical objective which status WHICH bots to install.
