Be a Pro Issue
Hi, In be a pro mode, I get subbed off after 20/30 mins every game. I sprint about 3 times and my player is dead. Any ideas?

Yeah I had the same problem. It's the overpowered fatigue effect. And also an issue with how it subs players out. If you get fatigued to about 50% you will be subbed out straight away unless all the other subs have been used! I spoke with the developers on the bugs website and they said they were looking into it. But that's not gonna help you right now!
You have 2 options:
1. The easiest is to turn off fatigue effect in the gameplay settings menu. This means you can sprint to your hearts content and there won't be any subs at all in the game. Either you or your teammates or the opposition!
2. Alternatively, you can get around it by being a little more conservative with the sprint button and joining rucks. I found that if you join 3 or 4 rucks in a row it really does drain the energy of your player. Don't use sprint unless you really need to (say you spot a gap or are clear) if you are just in the backline and passing or going to rucks don't press sprint. Keep an eye on your fatigue bar (circle under the player). If you are getting close to that 50% mark then stop getting involved and pass straight away. The bar will refill as long as you are not running around too much. Let other players go into the rucks and mauls and make the tackles unless you really need to.
The key to staying on the field is to make sure you have enough energy to avoid the substitution until all players are subbed. After that you have to stay on! Basically if you can get to about the 60th minute without being subbed all the subs will be made (the fatigue effect really stuffs things up and your forwards will all be subbed and then subbed again by the backs) and then you can do whatever you like really. If you do get fatigued it really does have an effect on your speed and ball skills though too. I noticed a lot more drops and bad passes and I couldn't chase down players as well the more fatigued I became.

The fatigue in the game is a cool concept and it's good that you need to think about how to manage it effectively to be able to stay on the field. I play with fatigue on all the time now and find that I can manage it reasonably well for the most part. However, until they really fix the issue it can be extremely frustrating and annoying. There are times when the AI subs players with 70% energy instead of players in the red and subs tend to last anywhere from 10 minutes to 25 minutes at the most before they too are removed! Which defeats the purpose of subs in the first place!

Anyway I hope that helps a bit)
