Game doesn't launch

everytime i try to launch this game it just doesn't, i've tried reinstalling it, verifying the files, installing directx, framework etc, tried installing dlls and it didn't work

The game needs direct x64 and also x86

Question- are you on a new Intel CPU (12th gen)?

So I have the same issue - that the games crashes at launch.

I normally play it on a controller via Steam link - interestingly, it starts fine when there is No controller and No big picture mode.

I have the same issue, game runs just fine, but when i plug in ps4 controller, it crashes. When it is plugged from the begining, it gets past loading 100%, than black screen and crash.

Thanks mate! It actually solved the problem for me, didn't even have to restart Steam or the computer after it either.
