And what about your graphics card?
Couple that with CC2 being notoriously bad at making PC ports and you have a recipe for disaster.
If I find out any more info on this bug (such as it happening to operating systems other than Windows 10) or any workarounds, I'll post here to let you know!
1) Press Windows Key+R
2) Type "services.msc" (without the quotes)
3) Click OK
4) Find Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel
5) Right click it and click Stop
6) Right click it again and click properties
7) Change automatic or manual to Disabled.
8) Click Apply, then click OK.
