THIS GAME CRASHES

I just buy this and this crap crashes on me once I launh it it just shows a black screen then it crashes can someone help me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

From what I can tell your CPU is below the requirements for the game.

And what about your graphics card?

graphics card oh sorry I forgot gtx 1080i and its the intel core 5500 that is the cpu

Honestly, if you pass the specs the only thing I can think of that would mess with it is Windows 10.

Windows 10 is notorious for having poor compatibility with quite a few games.

Couple that with CC2 being notoriously bad at making PC ports and you have a recipe for disaster.

If I find out any more info on this bug (such as it happening to operating systems other than Windows 10) or any workarounds, I'll post here to let you know!

Try disabling the touch keyboard and handwriting panel.

1) Press Windows Key+R
2) Type "services.msc" (without the quotes)
3) Click OK
4) Find Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel
5) Right click it and click Stop
6) Right click it again and click properties
7) Change automatic or manual to Disabled.
8) Click Apply, then click OK.

same problem. but i fix it. I could not open game (1 & 2 & HD). the problem is on the display card. i use to intel and nvidia. the game is trying to open it with intel. i chose nvidia (high performance) and game opened.
