Hello everyone!

I'd like to introduce you to my new project - Heartland.

It's a small single-player strategy game that I'm developing in my spare time. I'm inspired by board games like Carcassonne and other games where the world gradually takes shape from individual tiles, and every decision influences the final result.

The idea is simple: place hexagonal tiles featuring forests, rivers, fields, villages, and castles to build your own world. But there's more to it than that. Villages grow into cities, castles become the centers of kingdoms, caravans travel between settlements, seasons change, and your achievements become part of your world's chronicle.

I want to combine familiar board game mechanics with a living world that's enjoyable to watch and develop. No rush - just room to experiment, try different combinations, and create something new with every playthrough.

Heartland is a small personal project that I'm developing on my own during evenings and spare hours. It won't interfere with my main work, and I'll be working on it at my own pace.

If you enjoy cozy strategy games, puzzles, and building your own worlds, consider adding Heartland to your Steam wishlist. I'll share more development updates and show how the project gradually takes shape!
