Most of the art is already in said game as far as am aware even when you instail the game you can get to the files easy enough. And on twitter there is more for free, yes i found one of the many people who worked on said game still got they tweet liked / still following them.

Take at look more at Ben Fiquet twitter post to find more, they do post more streets of rage then anything tho so you might have to dig for a while till you see more.
I think deep down they even had 2 early dev videos of the game posted too but i might be remembering that wrong so don't count me on that, might of just been somewhere else i saw that footage.
