Could you post your wb.log file? Does your GPU has the appropriate specs and amount of memory?
At this point the game was loading data (while the logos were up) and waiting for them to finish loading. Normally there should be no wait but on slow specs system it can take a few extra seconds. A total freeze is abnormal.
