Windows 10. Dekeyon, United States, Network type??(it's just a cable connection) Graphics card...GForce GTX 950. I have no idea what log.txt file you need. My account is a Steam account....My Steam name is <<< Mourdeeb.

I can not get past character generation in Steam. It will not let me log in the character, make a different character, delete the existing character, or log into the old server from the website.
Please help.

i cant take it anymore had to use text file or google search bar field to type in text first before copy/paste it to game message to mail it

here is the BIG problem: when trying to type the message to send some mail - ive got some hotkeys activited in client like 'S' key social window etc - this is SO ANNOYING i cant explain

fix it pls so it wont loose focus from the mailbox window after reaching the end of the current line or so...!!!! ty in adv

the game keeps closing to desktop all the time every 5-10 minutes etc- it is SO annoying i cant tell:(
they happen all the time after server stops responding (im doind hard and continuous lan cheacks every second) -

I had the same virus warning that Resolute got, this morning (May 11, 2017) at 6:47 am. It would be nice to see a reply or a fix for it since Resolute reported it first over 3 weeks ago on April 17, 2017 . I am certainly not going to tell my computer to override the block in order to play a game that flags with a trojan virus in the .exe file.

Why am I getting an error screen to connect to you guys, It say my network is either unreachable or Virtys server is down. This isn't correct because both Steam and Virtys server continuity is displayed in the green on the Therian Saga page. I have Screen shots of Error and txt.log. Love to give your game a try.

I now have problems entering the game through Steam. But there is a possibility to go through the browser. How can I access the Steam account through a website in a browser?

Everytime I attempt to launch the game, I get the following error.

It says that the game client not found. I've tried reintalling multiple times as well as running the installer like the error recommends to no avail.

I've also attempted to install the game straight from the website and try from there but the installer does not complete and closes automatically.

This is ridiculous, fix your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. This is one of the reasons you small time developers can't form a real player-base. Until this is fixed I'm letting people know not to download your sh!t product.

Can start launcher but pressing Play or Shop don't bring me further, so I downloaded the one from browser but upon entering my ID it was like a different blank new account.

Is there any way to connect the one from Steam?
