character creation

I finally was able to get to character creation screen since the game was updated. But when i clicked a new character it lagged and instantly gave me a charecter named "-" ... i wasnt able to change appearance or anything. i deleted the character and clicked a new one. but the same character was still there.. and now it says i can only delete 1 every so many hours.. and i need a item to create a second.... :(

sadly you will have to wait for the cool down before you can recreate the character after deleting it

Hi, I will need the file log.txt located in your game folder to check out your account.

Normally you don't need to delete the hero, just restart the game with it and the character creation will restart from the beginning.

I will add you a crossing or fix your account.
