The last puzzle at the Plant

Is it bound to FPS and does not work at 60 FPS?

Between uncomfortable and unrebindable controls and this, I find the gameplay aspects most frustrating. The story is fine, if predictable.

Edit. Also the puzzle at the warehouse might get locked if there are not enough lost pieces to press the plate.
