Late game puzzle(Spoilers)

So I've gotten to the Library section, have thouroghly explored it and can't figure out the key to it, I've looked at every book shelf, tried to use the platform, etc Is there some kind of order I need to look at the books or something?

Talking about the third floor on the right side of the room? Already found that and the elevator(which doesn't work till you turn off the security) but I can't find the security room to deactivate it, have walked through the entire level I know about with the up and down key pressed down and haven't noticed any other areas

Ride the elevator to the left and just walk to the left

if you need to charge arca you can get it in top right corner

Well that's embarassing, I never realized the Elevator worked at all

I think I get stumped like that at least once in every puzzle game

This is actually really stupid. the developers really need to take another look at this. when I stepped on hte elevator and tried to use it, she told me I needed to turn off the security, so I went and looked for teh security. Why on earth do they have her say this at the moment you try to use the lift?? I naturally assumed she was telling me the lift wouldn't work because of the security. I've spent 20 minutes scouring this room trying to find the bloody security door. and now I have to come to hte forum to discover that the lift worked the whole damn time???? completely stupid and badly done. really ruined what was for me a perfect game up to this point. now I am feeling really frustrated.

I mean seriously??? I just restarted from my checkpoint to feel better about my game flow and she literally say "It won't move". This is bad design and needs to be addressed.
